Job Role - 1st Line Technical Support & Customer Service Agent

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email and live chat channels
  • Resolve customer issues and enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot software-related problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth implementation of our software solutions
  • Collaborate with the development team, to identify and resolve recurring technical issues
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service by analysing trends, suggesting process enhancements, and sharing customer feedback with the team

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A keen interest in Football
  • Organised
  • Confident
  • Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

  • Full-time (Office based)
  • £20,500 per annum
  • Support and training provided
  • Town centre location with great transport links
