MyClubPro one of the fastest growing providers of websites to Football clubs all over the UK is seeking a dedicated and skilled 1st Line Technical Support and Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email and live chat channels
Resolve customer issues and enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot software-related problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth implementation of our software solutions
Collaborate with the development team, to identify and resolve recurring technical issues
Continuously strive to improve customer service by analysing trends, suggesting process enhancements, and sharing customer feedback with the team
Requirements
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary
Excellent IT skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
A keen interest in Football
Organised
Confident
Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Benefits
Full-time (Office based)
£20,500 per annum
