MyClubPro Price Update 2026

Since launching MyClubPro, we’ve always tried to keep our prices as affordable as possible for grassroots clubs. In fact, we haven’t made any price changes since 2021, even as our own running costs (hosting, security, software licences, and staff costs) have steadily risen.

Over that time, UK inflation has increased by around 25%, but we’ve continued to absorb those costs to support clubs through challenging times.

To make sure we can keep improving the platform, maintain fast and secure hosting, and continue offering personal support, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our subscription prices from 28 February 2026. Even with this change, our top package will still be £11 per month cheaper than the lowest-priced package offered by our nearest competitor.

New prices (from 28 February 2026):

Starter Package: £12/month or £132/year

Intermediate Package: £18/month or £198/year

Pro Package: £29/month or £319/year

The new pricing will apply from your next renewal date.

We really appreciate your continued support. Your subscription allows us to keep investing in MyClubPro and improving the platform for grassroots clubs. Over the last year, we’ve significantly expanded our development team, delivering noticeable performance and feature improvements as well as migrating the entire codebase to newer technology. With that work now complete, our focus is shifting to new features, starting with the rollout of Team Categories, coming very soon.
